Join our team and be part of a welcoming coffee shop in a special location in central Sumbawa Besar.
We serve quality coffee, fresh food, and warm hospitality for travelers from around the world.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Female, minimum 20 years old
Good communication skills and able to speak English, both written and spoken
Passionate about coffee, customer service, and hospitality
A team player and willing to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays
Please include your portfolio, if available
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
Provide excellent customer service to local and international travelers
Assist with food and beverage preparation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area
Support daily operational needs at the coffee shop

BlackGates Hilltop is looking for the right person to join our new coffee and light-food concept in a special location in central Sumbawa Besar.
We’re looking for someone energetic, friendly and comfortable speaking English, with a genuine interest in coffee, food and hospitality.
Previous barista experience is not required. We will train the right person. Attitude, reliability, presentation and a willingness to learn matter more to us.
