SHRIMP FARMING TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities
1. Perform daily aquaculture operations in compliance with the company's shrimp farming Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Ensure all equipment, materials, and farming facilities are properly maintained and meet operational standards throughout the production cycle.
3. Collaborate with the Laboratory team to monitor water quality, manage diseases, and ensure timely and accurate collection of operational data.
4. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all shrimp farming treatments and culture management activities, including feed application, feed additives, chemical usage, dosage, and application frequency.
Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Marine Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 to 6 shrimp farming production cycles of hands-on experience in shrimp aquaculture.
3. Strong understanding of shrimp farming best practices and the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
4. Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
5. Willing to be based and reside at the shrimp farm site in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara, throughout the production cycle.
