We are looking for a dedicated and responsive IT Staff to join our team!
Requirements:
* D3/S1 in IT, Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
* Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support
* Hospitality experience is a plus
* Good knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, hardware & software troubleshooting
* Familiar with PMS and POS systems
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain network & Wi-Fi connectivity
* Support PMS, POS, and other hotel systems
* Troubleshoot PC, laptop, printer, and IT equipment
* Provide daily IT support to all hotel departments
