About the role

HSEQ Data Control & Analyst role based in Sumbawa Barat, responsible for collecting, validating, and processing large datasets from multiple sources related to HSEQ incidents, audits, and environmental monitoring. The role involves analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and potential risk areas, and providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

Collect, validate, and process large datasets from multiple sources related to HSEQ incidents, audits, and environmental monitoring, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for reporting and analysis

Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and potential risk areas, providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making

Prepare routine compliance reports and develop presentations based on data analysis findings, utilizing data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau

Build and maintain the HSEQ database, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all records to support reliable reporting

Assist in the development and implementation of new data collection systems and advanced analytics solutions to enhance operational efficiency

Collaborate with operational and HSEQ teams to identify data requirements, align reporting standards, and provide analytical support for continuous improvement initiatives

Manage and evaluate documentation processes and perform operational HSEQ data analysis to support system integration

Oversee health, safety & environment implementation practices in daily work and within their work area in the organization

About you

Minimum Bachelor's (S1) degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or HSEQ document control, preferably in an industrial environment such as mining

Understanding of HSE management systems and experience working as a document controller or data analyst

Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) & Database Management

Strong knowledge and experience in statistic analysis & risk management

Knowledge and implementation of EHS regulations & standards (SMKP, ISO 45001)

Strong experiences in incident investigation and reporting

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving
