Head of Infrastructure (Lombok Real Estate - Land and Property Development)
I'm Vediana, Hiring Partner from Matcha Talent currently supporting out clients in Lombok.
📍 Location: Lombok, Indonesia
🏭 Industry: Real Estate and Property
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of infrastructure delivery experience, including experience in large-scale developments where the foundational civil works and utilities are split into multiple distinct procurement and execution contracts (packages), overseeing several specialized contractors working simultaneously on the same site
- Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role on complex, multi-package civil infrastructure projects, such as Townships & Master-Planned Residential Estates, Industrial Parks & Special Economic Zones, Public Infrastructure & Transport, preferably Hospitality Complex (Resorts, Villas, etc.)
