GENERAL AFFAIR
Responsibilities
1. Identify and coordinate General Affairs (GA) administrative and operational requirements, including permits and documentation related to company vehicles, employee accommodation, canteen, and other supporting facilities.
2. Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) for General Affairs operational needs in accordance with company procedures.
3. Record, monitor, and report fuel utilization for operational vehicles, including drivers' operational activities, on a regular basis.
4. Coordinate and arrange business travel bookings, including flight tickets and other travel-related requirements for employees.
Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or Hospitality Operations.
3. Experience in hospitality operations, including accommodation management, facility services, or support services management, will be considered an advantage.
4. Willing to be based at the company site in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara, under a site-based working arrangement.
