DUTY MANAGER
Selong Selo Resort & Villas is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team in beautiful Selong Belanak, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Support the smooth execution of daily hotel and resort operations during assigned shifts by coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring operational standards are consistently maintained.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or Duty Manager role
Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage operations
Proven ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Able to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts
Strong crisis-management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Fluent in spoken and written English
