Join us in transforming Primary Health Care (PHC) through the SPHERES Project at Oxford University Clinical Research Unit Indonesia (OUCRU-ID).

 Qualifications : 

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Medicine, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.

- Experience in public health, health program implementation, project management, or field coordination.

- Experience working with Puskesmas, District Health Offices, community health workers/cadres, or government health programs is preferred.

- Good working proficiency in English.

- Strong coordination, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of primary health care and/or public health programs, including data analysis and interpretation.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced field environment.

- Comfortable working with government and community stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to supervise field teams and monitor implementation progress.

- Willing and able to be based in Lombok Barat, NTB
