[HIRING] ARCHITECT

Requirements – Architect (Villas & Commercial Spaces)

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and legally licensed/eligible to practice in Indonesia

- 3–5 years of professional experience in residential, hospitality, villa, or commercial projects; experience in Bali or Lombok is highly preferred

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

- Strong skills in 3D visualization and rendering, preferably using D5 Render, V-Ray, or Lumion

- Good understanding of Indonesian building regulations and permits, including PBG, RDTR, zoning, and related local regulations

- Strong portfolio demonstrating both design work and successfully completed/built projects — not design-only portfolios

- Able to develop projects from concept design through construction/detailing

- Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and coordination with contractors

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams
