‼️Qualifications‼️
•Bachelor’s degree in any major
•Minimum 2 years of experience as a KOL Specialist / Influencer Marketing / Affiliate Specialist
•Experience managing TikTok Shop or Shopee affiliate programs is highly preferred
•Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce
•Able to manage multiple creators simultaneously
•Understanding of affiliate performance metrics such as GMV, CTR, conversion rate, and engagement
•Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with KOLs and content creators
•Good analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance
Job Desc:
•Identify and recruit content creators to join our TikTok Shop and Shopee affiliate programs
•Communicate and collaborate with creators to promote products through affiliate links
•Coordinate product seeding and ensure creators publish content according to schedule
•Monitor affiliate performance including orders, GMV, and content performance
•Identify creators with strong sales potential and build long-term relationships with them
•Support campaign execution during marketplace events (e.g., double date campaigns, flash sales, etc.)
•Provide weekly updates and reports on creator performance and campaign results
