TRAINER
Summit Institute for Development (SID)
Summit Institute for Development (SID) is a non-government organization (NGO) focusing on research, public health, and human resources development. As one of the largest maternal health NGOs in Indonesia, SID collaborates with local and international partners on various health projects.
We are hiring a Trainer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver training to support SID's ongoing projects, including training for Community Health Promoters.
* Conduct onboarding training for new employees.
* Develop engaging training materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
* Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including assessments.
* Prepare employees for professional certifications and monitor their progress.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major. Background in Communication or Education is preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Canva.
* Passionate about teaching, training, coaching, and facilitating learning.
* Strong public speaking skills.
* Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
* Fast learner with strong initiative and willingness to continuously develop.
