SPA SUPERVISOR/TRAINER
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Supervisor, Senior Therapist, Spa Trainer, or in a similar leadership role.
Proven experience in training, coaching, and developing spa teams.
Fluent in spoken and written English is mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of luxury spa operations, SOPs, hygiene, and service standards.
Experienced in scheduling, inventory control, stock management, and retail operations.
Able to recruit, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
Flexible to support operational requirements without overtime when required, with working arrangements in accordance with company policy.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining the highest guest experience standards.
Able to join immediately.
Benefits
Basic Salary: IDR 6,500,000
Commission: IDR 30,000/hour
Meals Allowance
BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
PH, DP, and AL in accordance with company policy and Indonesian labour regulations.
Bonus based on individual and business performance.
