SPA SUPERVISOR - TRAINER
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Supervisor, Senior Therapist, Spa Trainer, or in a similar leadership role.
* Proven experience in training, coaching, and developing spa teams.
* Fluent in spoken and written English is mandatory.
* Excellent knowledge of luxury spa operations, SOPs, hygiene, and service standards.
* Experienced in scheduling, inventory control, stock management, and retail operations.
* Able to recruit, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
* Flexible to support operational requirements with no overtime when needed, with working arrangements in accordance with company policy.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining the highest guest experience standards.
* Able to join immediately.
Benefits
* Basic Salary: IDR 6,500K
* Commission: IDR 30K/hour
