Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM)
Requirement
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of hotel sales strategies, revenue management, and market analysis.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.
Experience in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans.
Strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, government institutions, and key business partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with hotel systems and CRM platforms.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
Highly motivated, strategic thinker, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to travel for business development activities and represent the hotel at industry events
Sales Executive
Requirement
Female
Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Executive or in a related field (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply)
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing.
Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Target-oriented and able to achieve sales targets.
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Good problem-solving skills and willing to work under pressure with flexible working hours.
Marcomm
Requirement
Minimum 1 year in the same field
Having experience at the same position
Fluent in English either speaking and writing
Familiar with software (windows,Ms.word,Ms.Excel,Spreadsheet etc).
Have a good attention to details and keep time
Ready to work independly and in a team
Able to joint immediately.
Purchasing & Store Keeper
Requirement
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Experience in hospitality industry is preferred
Familiar with purchasing operational, F&B, and engineering supplies.
General Requirement:
Min. Diploma Degree from reputable institution
Min. 1 years experience in similar position in 4-5 star hotel
Able to converse in English
Functional skills of the job title
Management administration and technical skill of the job title
Placement at LK Resort Senggigi (Malimbu,Lombok Utara)
