The Role
As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies that drive maximum profitability and sustainable growth. You will work closely with the Commercial and Operations teams to optimize pricing, distribution, and performance across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement data-driven revenue strategies to achieve budget and GOP targets.
* Optimize pricing, inventory, distribution, and channel mix across all segments.
* Drive direct bookings and build loyalty initiatives.
* Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
You Bring
* Proven revenue management experience in a luxury resort or hotel.
* Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
* Expertise in RMS systems and market intelligence tools.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Passion for hospitality and results.
