Resort Manager
Luxury Resort
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Resort Manager to lead the operations of our luxury resort in Lombok.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury resort or five-star hotel management.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong background in guest experience, operations, and revenue management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English. Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
Ability to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to relocate to Lombok.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the resort.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality.
Lead, train, and motivate all departments.
Manage budgets, operational costs, and revenue performance.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals.
Ensure compliance with company standards, as well as health, safety, and legal regulations.
