📍 Location: Lombok Utara, Situbondo, Indonesia
We're looking for an experienced Purchasing Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team. If you have a background in procurement, enjoy negotiating with suppliers, and are confident communicating in Mandarin, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement activities for the aquaculture industry, including industrial equipment, imported fishing nets, and animal health products.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, especially from China.
• Handle import processes, including customs clearance and logistics coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while developing new supplier partnerships.
• Coordinate procurement planning with multiple company branches to ensure operational needs are met.
• Travel to company branches as required to support procurement and operational activities.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in Purchasing or Procurement.
• Knowledge of import procedures and customs clearance is an advantage.
• Experience in aquaculture, agriculture, or industrial equipment procurement is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and able to drive.
• Willing to travel for business trips.
