Project Lead SMART-MMS
The Project Lead SMART-MMS will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and implementation of the SMART-MMS project across Lombok. This role ensures that all project activities are executed in accordance with operational targets, research protocols, ethical standards, and agreed timelines.
Requirements
Minimum Master's degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nutrition, Epidemiology, Health Policy, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing public health or research projects.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective communication, collaboration, and strategic engagement with government officials and key stakeholders at the national and local levels.
Experience working with the Ministry of Health, Local Governments, and Health Institutions.
Proven leadership experience in managing regional-scale projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) is preferred.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and end-to-end implementation of the SMART-MMS research project across Lombok.
Develop detailed work plans and project timelines, and monitor overall project progress.
Ensure that both the digital intervention and standard service delivery components are implemented in accordance with the research design.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with the Ministry of Health, District Health Offices, Primary Health Centers, and other local stakeholders.
Represent the organization in coordination meetings and stakeholder forums.
Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with project objectives and targets.
Ensure data collection is conducted in compliance with research protocols and quality standards.
