We're Hiring: Guest Relation Officer (Male)
Location: Somewhere Lombok, Indonesia
Somewhere Lombok is looking for a professional and service-oriented Guest Relation Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Build positive relationships with guests and maintain high service standards.
- Assist with other guest relations duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Male (required to support the operational night shift roster).
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
