DYNAMIC WORKER SUPPORT (DWS) OPERATOR
The Dynamic Worker Support (DWS) Operator is responsible for monitoring and supporting field activity tracking through the Dynamic Worker Support (DWS) system. This role ensures that health workers' routes, check-ins, and issue reports are accurately captured and addressed in real time, enabling smoother field operations and ensuring data reliability.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, operational support, or operator role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor data and identify issues accurately.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable using web-based systems or dashboards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor check-in/check-out logs, route completion, and alerts through the DWS dashboard.
Provide real-time troubleshooting support for health workers or staff experiencing issues with the application, such as sync failures or GPS problems.
Ensure accurate reporting of field activities by identifying, flagging, and following up on missing or suspicious entries.
Coordinate with district teams and digital support staff to escalate and resolve technical or operational issues.
Document usage trends and recurring issues to support system improvements and user training.
