Job Responsibilities:
* Cook using the fryer and plancha/grill for beef, duck, chicken, and fries.
* Prepare the house sauces.
* Ensure quality, consistency, and speed of service.
* Follow hygiene standards and opening/closing procedures.
Requirements:
* Minimum age of 18 years and possess a KTP.
* Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience.
* Good level of English.
* Reliable, fast, clean, and able to work in a team.
* Available to work on weekends and public holidays (rotating days off).
* Live near Kuta or willing to relocate.
