Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lombok, responsible for overseeing all phases of resort and villa construction projects. This role coordinates daily activities between internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. The Construction Project Manager will plan and monitor project schedules, manage budgets and cost forecasts, and track progress against key milestones. Responsibilities include reviewing technical drawings, supervising site work, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. The role also involves regular reporting to leadership, preparing status updates, and supporting continuous improvement in construction processes and project delivery.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management to oversee end-to-end delivery of resort and villa developments.

Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Coordination skills to plan, schedule, and align stakeholders across multiple concurrent projects.

Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to manage cost control, financial tracking, and resource allocation throughout the construction lifecycle.

Relevant experience in real estate development or construction.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, site safety, and local building codes and regulations.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, negotiate with vendors, and build effective relationships with contractors and local authorities.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with fluency in English.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
