Kardia Resort Gili, a Pramana Experience, is looking for a potential candidate to fill the following position:
Chief Accountant
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department.
Have experience using the VHP program.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
Monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Cashier, Income Audit, and Cost Control functions.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Ensure timely tax reporting and statutory compliance.
Develop and maintain effective internal control procedures.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
