About us:
Kirana Retreat & Kini Resort is a nature-inspired dining space, offering fresh, healthy dishes rooted in local flavors and sustainability
The role:
We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen with creativity, consistency, and care bringing our vision of natural, elevated dining to life
Key Responsibilities:
Create and evolve seasonal menus ensure quality, presentation, & consistency lead and inspire the kitchen team. Manage food cost and kitchen operations work closely with local ingredients and suppliers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Executive / Head Chef
- Strong in fresh, healthy, and modern cuisine
- Creative, detail-oriented, and a team leader
- Aligned with sustainability values
- Open to living and working in Sumbawa island
