ACCOUNTING STAFF
Responsibilities:
* Handle AP (Accounts Payable).
* Handle AR (Accounts Receivable).
* Handle General Cashier (GC) and daily cash flow.
* Prepare journal entries and support monthly closing.
* Maintain financial documents and reports.
* Coordinate with related departments regarding financial matters.
* Operate the GuestPro system for daily transactions and reporting (added value).
Qualifications:
* Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting.
* Experience in handling AP, AR, and GC.
* Experience operating GuestPro is a strong advantage.
* Detail-oriented, accurate, and accountable.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Willing to be based in Gili Trawangan.
FRONT OFFICE STAFF
Deliver warm welcomes and ensure guests enjoy a smooth and memorable stay.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
* Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
* Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
* Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments.
* Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
Qualifications:
* Minimum Senior High School Diploma (D3/S1 in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred).
* Previous experience in Front Office is an advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented and well organized.
* Able to work in shifts.
* Willing to be based in Gili Trawangan.
COOK
Prepare delicious meals and ensure the highest food quality for guests.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook menu items according to standards.
* Maintain the quality, taste, and presentation of food.
* Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
* Manage food preparation and storage properly.
* Coordinate with the F&B team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
* Minimum Senior High School Diploma.
* Previous experience as a Cook is an advantage.
* Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Neat appearance and good teamwork.
* Willing to work in shifts.
* Willing to be based in Gili Trawangan.
F&B SERVICE STAFF
Provide excellent service and create great dining experiences for guests.
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent service to hotel guests.
* Serve food and beverages.
* Maintain restaurant cleanliness according to standards.
* Assist in breakfast preparation and daily restaurant operations.
* Work together with the team to deliver the best guest experience.
Qualifications:
* Minimum Senior High School Diploma.
* Previous experience in F&B Service is an advantage.
* Neat appearance and good communication skills.
* Friendly, disciplined, and able to work in a team.
* Basic English is required.
* Willing to work in shifts.
* Willing to be based in Gili Trawangan.
