WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide personalized butler service for villa guests, from check-in to departure.
Handle guest requests, F&B service, and daily villa operations.
Maintain villa standards and cleanliness in collaboration with the housekeeping team.
Represent EM Hill hospitality through a warm, proactive, and discreet approach.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a villa or hotel as a butler, room service attendant, or F&B service staff.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
Excellent attitude with strong anticipation skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork.
Willing to be based in Selong Belanak, Lombok.
