We are looking for someone with:
Proven supervisory experience in hotels and restaurants, preferably in the Gili Islands, Indonesia.
Knowledge of social media management and digital platforms.
Experience with restaurant payment systems and POS.
Strong skills in staff management, leadership, and team motivation.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Committed, responsible, and passionate about hospitality.
High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
