FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX MANAGER
General Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager, preferably in the hotel industry.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Proficient in accounting software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good attitude, highly committed, and able to work effectively in a team.
Willing to be based in Gili Trawangan.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the company's accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company financial policies.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to management.
Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team through guidance and training.
Assist in financial forecasting and cash flow management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations.
