SENIOR ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST – GUEST PRO
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Specialist with strong expertise in Guest PRO to join our team and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the full accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL, Assets, and Cash).
• Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately in Guest PRO.
• Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform daily and monthly closing processes, including reconciliations in Guest PRO.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Monitor and analyze financial reports generated from Guest PRO.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Liaise with auditors and support the audit process.
• Improve accounting processes and system efficiency, especially within Guest PRO.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years using the Guest PRO system.
• Proficient in Guest PRO (Accounting Module).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENT
• Must be highly proficient in Guest PRO (Accounting Module).
