SALES MANAGER

Job Summary
Lead the resort's sales efforts to drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality, resort, hotel, or tourism industry.
• Proven track record of generating revenue and achieving sales targets.
• Strong network within the Group, Leisure, Corporate, Travel Agent, and Wellness markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular sales calls and client visits.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
