Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years' demonstrated success in a sales management role, preferably within the FMCG industry
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic account management
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable insights
Familiarity with sales force automation tools and CRM systems
Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Willing to be placed in various locations across Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Lead, motivate and coach a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities and implement targeted sales initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive repeat business and secure new accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of target
Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to inform sales planning and pricing strategies
Provide regular progress reports and recommend improvements to the sales process
Cascade down marketing program and make sure the implementation in field
Good in negotiation skill with MT Store and build network to maintain pareto customer
