• Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, friendly, and professional appearance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and possesses a positive attitude.
