Food & Beverage Knowledge
Understand menu items and ongoing promotions, and provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Accuracy & Attention to Detail
Ensure order accuracy, follow proper serving procedures, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area.
Teamwork
Work closely with the kitchen and service team to deliver smooth and efficient operations.
