OPERATIONS MANAGER
Duties:
• Set and maintain operational quality standards across all Kairos departments
• Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering departments while ensuring compliance with established standards
• Oversee daily and monthly financial reporting and control
• Manage and lead the overall team
• Conduct daily briefings
• Support inventory management, supplier reporting, and process optimization in collaboration with the F&B team
• Ensure guest satisfaction and implement best operational practices
• Manage OTAs and travel agencies to increase occupancy rates
