RESTAURANT MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our new restaurant in Kuta, Lombok.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 4 years of experience in F&B or restaurant management
• Experience in restaurant pre-opening is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of P&L, food cost control, and inventory management
• Guest-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate in English
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Available for immediate start
