• Good understanding of café, beverage, and retail operations.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and business performance management.
• Experience in handling administration, reporting, and daily operations.
• Proactive, positive, and able to solve problems independently.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
