CASHIER
Requirements:
Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of cash handling and POS systems
Honest, reliable, and responsible
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic English communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
MANAGER
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in the hospitality, F&B, or customer service industry is preferred
Able to manage daily operations and staff performance
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Fluent English communication skills are required
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
Positive attitude with a hands-on management approach
