HR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
The Human Resources Administration Officer is responsible for managing and supporting daily HR administrative functions to ensure efficient and compliant people operations. This role maintains employee records, supports recruitment and onboarding activities, administers HR documentation, and assists in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain and update employee records, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, employee certificates, and other HR-related documents.
* Organize and maintain personnel files in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
* Monitor employee probation periods, contract renewals, and other employment-related deadlines.
* Prepare recruitment documentation and maintain candidate databases.
* Support performance management administration, including appraisal documentation and tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, or a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with HR information systems is an advantage.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
