HR MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR professional to join our team, lead our people strategy, and support day-to-day HR operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Manage employee relations and performance management
Oversee training, development, and succession planning
Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and HR administration
Act as an HR Business Partner for management and operational teams
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role (hospitality industry experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of labor law and hospitality operations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and workforce planning
Experienced in using HRIS systems for attendance, payroll, leave management, and employee database administration
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment

Willing to travel and manage multiple locations, including occasional visits to Gili Island
