Head Chef
Sookla is a quality-focused café in Selong Belanak, Lombok. We're looking for an experienced head chef to lead our kitchen someone who brings structure, creativity, and a genuine love of wholesome food. Our menu is simple and fresh, celebrating vegetarian ingredients. A passion for plant-based cooking is a real advantage.
Position:
Minimum 5 years kitchen experience, café or restaurant
Enjoys vegetarian and plant-forward cooking
Strong food hygiene and kitchen management skills
Able to guide and train the cook
Good English - essential
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
