Job Summary
We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidates will deliver exceptional guest experiences, provide personalized service, and represent the warm hospitality of Selong Selo Resort & Villas.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Butler Service, or a similar guest-facing role within a hotel, resort, villa, or hospitality environment.
Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Well-groomed appearance, professional attitude, and a positive personality.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
