ARCA GROUP is looking for a General Admin to manage administrative operations and support daily activities at our farm site in Tambora, West Nusa Tenggara.
This is a detail-oriented role that keeps all departments connected. The right person is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic farm environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage daily operational documents, filing, and records.
Support the HR Department and Farm Management.
Input and maintain data in internal company systems.
Coordinate administrative needs across departments.
Support smooth farm office activities and communications.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum D3/S1 in Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Able to communicate in basic English.
Detail-oriented, organized, and administratively skilled.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Available to join as soon as possible.
