Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Engineering Staff to support the maintenance and operation of hotel/building facilities. The selected candidate will ensure that all equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and preventive maintenance activities run efficiently to maintain guest comfort and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily inspections and maintenance of engineering equipment and facilities.
Handle electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and mechanical repairs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
Conduct preventive maintenance according to the established schedule.
Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently within the property.
Coordinate with other departments regarding maintenance requirements.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and workplace safety regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in an Engineering or Maintenance role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and mechanical systems.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physically fit and willing to work shifts.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Technical certification will be an advantage.
Disciplined, responsible, and reliable personality.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
