Engineering Leader / Head of Maintenance
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Engineering Leader to oversee all maintenance operations across our 22-villa luxury complex. You will be responsible for ensuring Telescope Villas operates at the highest standards every day.

Pool Maintenance
Structures & Roofing
A/C & Ventilation
Garden & Outdoor Maintenance
General Repairs
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in hotels, resorts, or villa complexes
Ability to lead and coordinate a maintenance team
Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and safety standards
Experience in preventive maintenance planning and scheduling
Vendor, supply, and budget management skills
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to luxury standards
Responsible, proactive, and available for on-call duties when required
