What You'll Do
Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs of all villa facilities, including electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and general equipment.
Assist in scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure all systems operate efficiently and to minimize breakdowns.
Identify technical issues promptly and provide effective solutions to avoid disruptions to the guest experience.
Ensure all public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas are well maintained and in proper working condition.
Respond quickly to urgent maintenance issues or guest complaints related to engineering matters.
Assist in renovation, installation, and improvement projects as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor.
Maintain the proper use and storage of tools, and report any damaged or missing equipment.
Work closely with the Housekeeping and Front Office teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.

Requirements
Previous experience in hotel, villa, or property maintenance is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and general maintenance.
Ability to use basic tools and equipment properly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Basic communication skills and the ability to understand instructions clearly.
