ABOUT THE ROLE
• Ensure all employees comply with hotel policies and procedures, as well as government regulations related to employment practices.
• Monitor current and future trends in the local labor market and social legislation, and make recommendations to management.
• Review and update People & Culture policies, procedures, and other human resources materials.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in Human Resources, particularly within a large hotel environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
