General Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Friendly, customer-oriented, and possesses a positive attitude.
Well-groomed, honest, and disciplined.
Able to work effectively in a team and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the VHP system is required.
