BARA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our growing team.
Requirements:
Indonesian, 25 years old and above
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration and Accounting
Familiar with accounting software such as Xero
Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Willing to learn new software tools for management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks and documentation
Assist with accounting and financial record-keeping
Prepare reports and maintain organized records
Support management with operational and administrative projects
Utilize AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and productivity
