Hati Hati is a boutique travel advisory based in Kuta, Lombok, operating under PT Authentic Travel Indonesia (PT PMA). We are looking for individuals who care about Lombok, enjoy working with international visitors, and are passionate about showing people what this island truly has to offer.
Travel Advisor Coordinator
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
Good knowledge of Lombok Island, or a strong willingness to learn quickly
Confident, friendly, and comfortable interacting with people from different cultural backgrounds
Curious and proactive in researching new places, experiences, and travel recommendations
Comfortable using Canva and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.)
Interested in social media and content creation, including simple content documentation using a smartphone camera
Reliable, responsible, punctual, and professional
Able to think quickly and solve problems effectively in dynamic situations
Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or related fields is an advantage
Admin Operations
Conversational English and comfortable having basic conversations with international visitors
Enthusiastic about Lombok tourism and interested in creating meaningful travel experiences beyond the main tourist areas
Willing to learn, take initiative, and work proactively in a small team environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Comfortable using Canva and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.)
Comfortable with social media and basic content creation using a smartphone
Positive attitude, reliable, and responsible
