VILLA MANAGER
Job Description:
Manage daily villa and resort operations
Ensure excellent guest service and guest satisfaction
Supervise all operational departments and staff
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming
Prepare operational reports for management
Support team training and daily briefings
Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel, villa, or resort operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good understanding of hospitality service standards
Able to manage teams and daily operations effectively
Fluent in English is preferred
Responsible, professional, and guest-oriented
